3. Recipients and processors
We do not sell your personal data and do not disclose it to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is accessed only by our employees involved in answering your enquiry and by the following processors:

- E-mail service used for sending and receiving the messages of the contact form
- Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) – Google Maps embed, loaded only with your consent
4. Transfers outside the EEA
If you consent to loading the Google Maps embed, data (in particular your IP address and browser data) may also be processed by Google LLC in the United States. The transfer takes place on the basis of the EU–US Data Privacy Framework adequacy decision and Google’s standard contractual clauses. If you do not consent, the map is not loaded and no data is transferred to Google.
5. Cookies
The website uses cookies necessary for its operation and – only with your consent – third-party content. The detailed list, purpose and duration of the cookies, as well as the withdrawal of consent, are described in the Cookie Policy.
6. Your rights
You may exercise the following rights free of charge at the contact details of the Controller. We answer your request within one month at the latest.

- Right to rectification – you may request the correction of inaccurate data (Art. 16).
- Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten") – you may request the deletion of your data (Art. 17).
- Right to restriction of processing (Art. 18).
- Right to data portability – you may request your data in a machine-readable format (Art. 20).
- Right to object – you may object to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 21).
- Withdrawal of consent – you may withdraw your consent at any time; this does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand (Art. 7(3)).
7. Remedies
If you believe that your rights have been infringed, please contact us first. You may also lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH), or turn to the court of your place of residence.

8. Data security
The website is available over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. We protect the data we process with appropriate technical and organisational measures (access control, password protection, regular updates) against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, deletion or accidental destruction.
